Economic spring in Neuruppin: The secret of the green box

Hundreds of entrepreneurs, club representatives, and local politicians from all over Ostprignitz-Ruppin celebrated together on Monday at the Economic Spring Festival in Neuruppin. The centerpiece was an ominous box, brought along by District Administrator Ralf Reinhardt (SPD) as host.

Neuruppin. The light green box was impossible to miss. Ostprignitz-Ruppin District Administrator Ralf Reinhardt had set it up on the table in front of him as he stepped onto the stage.

The box and the story behind it were the highlight of the Ostprignitz-Ruppin district's Economic Spring event on Monday afternoon. Dozens of entrepreneurs, businesspeople, company CEOs, mayors, district administrators, club representatives, and local politicians met for a discussion over sparkling wine and snacks on the grounds of the secondary school on Alt Ruppiner Allee in Neuruppin.

Several hundred entrepreneurs, businesspeople, and local politicians gathered on Monday, April 28, on the grounds of the Oberstufenzentrum (secondary school) in Neuruppin for the Ostprignitz-Ruppin district's traditional Economic Spring. At the beginning of the festival, District Administrator Ralf Reinhardt presented the building permit for the planned new meat processing plant in Temnitzpark to the Hacilar company.

Everyone was concerned with only one question: the economy here in the district and how best to get it through the current crisis.

District Administrator Reinhardt arrived just in time with his green crate. Just in time for the reception, the district administration's building regulations office was able to give the green light for one of the largest investments in the Temnitzpark industrial and commercial area. In the crate, Ralf Reinhardt carried the building permit for the new meat processing plant that the Hacilar company plans to build in Temnitzpark near Werder on Monday.

Hacilar has been processing beef, lamb, and poultry on a large scale in Berlin since 1988. The company was recently so successful that it urgently needed more space. After some searching, the owners found it in Temnitzpark.

For about five years, Thomas Kresse, the district administrator of the Temnitz district, and the Temnitzpark development company have been negotiating with the Berlin-based entrepreneurs about their relocation plans. The company has long since purchased a piece of land, where a new production facility with around 100 employees is to be built.

Recently there were some disagreements regarding the building application

Recently, there were only a few discrepancies regarding the building application. The company submitted the first documents in 2023, and the final missing ones in February 2025. The district administration then made every effort to review these documents as quickly as possible.

District Administrator Reinhardt presented the comprehensive building permit to Hacilar Managing Director Rifat Kazancioglu on Monday at the Economic Spring Meeting: "I wish you much success here in our district." He handed over the green box containing the documents.

HACILAR TÜRKIYE YE 50.000 TON ET IHRAÇ EDECEK

2009 yılı verilerine göre, Türkiyede 1.496.000 adet büyük bas hayvan kesimi karsılıgında 412.621 ton et üretimi gerçeklestirilmistir. Tüketilen 1.200.000 ton kırmızı etin yarısı bile kasılanamamıstır.

Hacılar Helal Et Helal Kombinasi Türkiyenin et üretiminin %12,5 ini karsılayacaktır. Sorumlulugunu üstlendigimiz bu isin sadece transferi esnasında 3.650 adet tır kullanılacaktır.
